General Policy
autoblitzhits.com's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. autoblitzhits.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by autoblitzhits.com if autoblitzhits.com determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
autoblitzhits.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. autoblitzhits.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cash Payouts
T o avoid fraudulent withdrawals, cash payouts will only be made to members responding to a confirmation email from a validated member email address. No response - No payout!!
Free/Bonus Credits
Records are kept of all free/bonus credits that are issued and members may not cash out free or bonus credits. These credits are issued so that members sites can be seen in our rotation system.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of autoblitzhits.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately cancelled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless autoblitzhits.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. autoblitzhits.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
autoblitzhits.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. autoblitzhits.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. autoblitzhits.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that autoblitzhits.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. autoblitzhits.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Founder Members
The status of founder member is a complimentary one which was available only to the first few joining members on the aotoblitzhits.com system. This entitles each founder member to the priveleges of the same surf ratios as a purchased advanced membership, unlimited URL's and occasional special offers which shall be for founder members only. The founder member status shall remain in effect for as long as each founder member remains active. Should a founder member become inactive as per our standard policy and have their account deleted or have their account deleted for any other reason then that founder member position shall never be re-instated.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
